A delegation led by Professor Norboy Karimov, Doctor of Economics and Director of the Branch Centre for Retraining and Professional Development of Teaching Staff at Tashkent State University of Economics, visited Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University on 10–20 February. The delegation took part in experience-sharing activities, teaching sessions and academic and methodological consultations. The visit was held under a memorandum of cooperation between the two universities and aimed to further improve the retraining and professional development of teaching staff. Centre representatives met lecturers from Korkyt Ata University’s Banking and Financial Analysis departments, delivered classes in Finance and Fundamentals of Economic Analysis, and provided academic and methodological consultations. The sessions led by Professor Karimov’s delegation broadened opportunities for teacher development, the exchange of academic and teaching experience, and methodological support. The leadership of Kyzylorda University expressed its willingness to strengthen the partnership. The visit marked an important step towards closer cooperation in teacher retraining and academic and methodological work.
